Christmas Gift Guide for Fitness Addicts

So this one was actually recently inspired by my new hobby.. weight training! I can't actually believe I've started lifting but become stronger is something that is really helping when it comes to my attitude towards exercise.

Anyway, this isn't about me. It's about Christmas gifts.

The best gym gear I've found so far has to be Gym Shark, especially their leggings. They are the most  comfortable pair of leggings ever, and I know own four pairs. Legitimately have a problem. The mens t-shirts are really nice as well though, so definitely not just a brand for women!

Any fitness fanatic who is into protein bars or supplements will love these as they can be quite pricey. Grenade make some amazing tasting bars but there are loads out there to choose from.

And you can't go wrong with equipment. Water bottles, yoga mats, trainers, fitness balls... all simple yet useful gifts.

Christmas Gift Guide for Him

Chelsea Boots // Cable Knit Cardigan // Ombre Bobble Hat // Jack Wills Backpack

The third gift guide is the guide for the men in your life. Usually the ones who have everrrrrything already and you literally have no idea what to buy.

I've tried to include a little bit of everything, from fashion pieces to foodie presents. If in doubt, I always resort to beer (providing they drink) or their favourite food. I think restaurant gifts are always good because they are slightly unusual and some are only available as gifts around christmas time, aren't they?

Aftershave is always a good one as well, a little bit pricier but never a bad gift. Oh and something I've not mentioned is an experience day or weekend away - if you can afford to spend a little extra, I always think the best present to give anyone is time.

Christmas Gift Guide for Her

Tassel Earrings // Flamingo Santa Phone Case //Knitted Beanie // Tremendous Jumper

This has to be the biggest collage I've put together but I just kept finding things that would be perfect gifts!

In terms of beauty, I personally don't think you can go wrong with palettes such as Urban Decay's Naked Palettes - and for those that missed out on the launch, the heat palette is bound to be a winner. But not forgetting classics such as Liz Earle, Pixi Glow and Stila, who are selling gorgeous metallic eye shadows which are perfect for the festive season.

Knitwear is always a go to or winter accessories such as hats, socks, gloves. Fat Face always have really nice pieces if you're able to spend a little more but if not, New Look or Primark! And I can't not mention tassel earrings - the above are from Mango but New Look have some stunning ones as well!

Christmas Gift Guide for Technology Lovers

So, I've realised that I've not posted a single thing this month which saddens me slightly so I'm back with (hopefully) a few Christmas gift guides.

The first gift guide, as the title would suggest, is for all of those technology lovers in our lives. These days, I'd say the main present is often technology in some form or other, as it dominates our lives. Obviously with the realise of the iPhone X, that's going to be high on a few people's wish list!

Caseapp have kindly collaborated with me on this first gift guide, and are giving you all 20% off with code 'SAMANTHA20' if you'd like a custom phone case or custom laptop case this year. About 2 years ago, I made a skin for my MacBook on caseapp and it's honestly the best case/skin I've ever had and definitely good value for money. I think custom gifts always make good gifts anyway because it's shows a little more effort has been made!

I've also included some photo bits -  I've always wanted the Instax mini camera, they look so cute and produce such cool pictures that you could put in a scrap book or something!

Make sure you return tomorrow for the next gift guide instalment!

Christmas Jumpers

I've decided I'm going to stop apologising for not posting because let's face it, I'm out of excuses other than life is happening. I'm never going to be one of those bloggers who posts daily, knows when something comes back in stock because I'm refreshing River Island's homepage all day, or knows the first thing about SEO. And yeah, that's okay!

I have been looking for a new Christmas jumper though (probably going to get the Harry Potter one from Boohoo) and I thought I'd share a few of my favourites. Halloween has gone now, Bonfire night is tonight (as posting) but for me, I went out last night, so next up is Christmas. I used to hate it but I've grown to really love it and have now fully begun my shopping. I think it can be such a magical time of year if you choose to embrace it.

On a busier note, I joined a gym yesterday and I begin my final placement next week (AH!). Life is good.
