BOOKS // PERFECT MATCH

Perfect Match by Jodi Picoult

Nina is both a dedicated prosecutor and Nathaniel's mother, she loves both her career and her five year old son equally. However, she Nathaniel stops speaking and it turns out that he has been sexually abused, Nina decides to take the law into her own hands. She has seen so many child molestation cases fail both the child and their parents, that she just cannot let her son go through the trauma of taking his abuser to trial..

I genuinely cannot say anything else without ruining this book! However, I can say that I read this book pretty much front to back, without putting it down. It's been a long time since I've found a book which keeps me reading, but this is why I love Jodi Picoult. She never fails to write something great! I should also mention that I got this for £2 in a charity shop which is such a bargain. I am a bit of a book snob, but I've taken a leaf out of Josie's book and found a book I wanted whilst giving money to charity. Win, win situation really?! If you're looking for a good book full of suspense, look no further!

This sounds really deep! Like its full of suspense, and quite dark which is always a good contrast and quality in a summer read. Waaay too many cliché 50 shades of this and that (what a waste of good trees haha) being remastered this summertime so it's nice to see something much more meaningful than that around. Will deffo keep a look-out for it <3

Sounds really interesting! I love reading, but recently I've been slacking with my reading as it's very difficult for me to find a book that I would enjoy. But this one sounds promising. Putting in into my to-read list for sure :)

This sounds like a great find, might have to check this out! As much as I used to love exploring Borders and still adore Waterstones, charity shops are real treasure troves when it comes to books <3
